Over this 3-day period you can set your own schedule and choose which days to take the following tours: Athens Sightseeing and Acropolis Museum Morning Tour: Start with a short stop at the Panathinaikos Stadium, the site of first Olympic Games in 1896. See the most important monuments of Athens, making your way to the Acropolis. Cape Sounio Afternoon Tour: Enjoy a wonderful drive along the scenic coastal road and take in stunning views of the Saronic Gulf. You’ll pass through some of Athens most beautiful suburbs on the way to Cape Sounio, where you’ll visit the 5th-century B.C. Temple of Poseidon, at the tip of Attica. Full-Day Delphi Tour: You’ll drive through Thebes, Levadia, and Arachova on the way to Delphi. Famous for its theater, Temple of Apollo, and ancient ruins, Delphi was considered the center of the earth and the universe in the classical Greek world. Pass by Castalia Spring and visit the archaeological site the Temple of Apollo. Explore the holdings of the Museum of Delphi, including the unique bronze Charioteer, the Naxian Sphinx, and the Statue of Antinoos. Full-Day Cruise to Poros, Hydra, and Aegina: Take a break from city sightseeing and relax on a cruise to the islands outside of Athens. Travel to the green island of Poros, see Aegina's temple of Afaea (optional tour), and discover why Hydra is considered one of the most beautiful of the Greek islands.
