Description

After boarding your convenient tuk-tuk, you'll begin by admiring the Acropolis and visiting the historical Zappeion. After some quick photo stops there you will move on to receive a glimpse of Zeus’ Temple, the largest temple of Ancient Greece. In Syntagma Square you will see the memorial tomb of the unknown soldiers where you will be able to take pictures with the presidential guards. Following that, feel the atmosphere of 19th-century Athens by passing along Panepistimiou Street where the Catholic Church of Saint Denis is located, the patron saint of Athens. You are bound to be amazed as you discover the three beautiful neoclassical buildings of this street, which include the Academy, the oldest public university of Athens, and the National Library. Following that, stop in front of the Academy of Science and Arts to admire the statues of the goddess Athena of Plato and Socrates. You'll then pass in front of the old parliament before choose whether you wish to be dropped off in the Plaka area, or back to Syntagma Square.
