Welcome aboard the Sofia star 1. With this luxury sailing yacht, you will discover the most beautiful coastline from your moored location in Athens. You will be aboard the only 52-foot luxury sailing yacht available in Greece, specifically constructed with luxury charters in mind. You will be provided with a 2-person crew (a stewardess and a cook) who will always be available to serve you. Your crew will welcome you with a bottle of wine, after which you will be free to feel the sea breeze, relax and enjoy the spectacular views. You will be able to choose from three different menus and enjoy unique flavors whilst on board. The menu for meat lovers includes: Green salad with pomegranate and meatballs with mint and ouzo Pork shanks with honey and mustard accompanied with wild rice A variety of cheeses with figs and bread sticks dessert, fruit, wine, soft drinks, beer, water, coffee and tea. The menu for seafood lovers includes: Green salad with salmon and octopus with orange sauce Spaghetti with seafood extinguished in ouzo A variety of cheeses with figs and bread sticks Dessert, fruit, wine, soft drinks, beer, water, coffee and tea The menu with finger food includes: A Greek salad Beetroot salad Shrimp with sesame and citrus sauce Octopus with balsamic vinegar Fish fingers Meatballs with mint and ouzo Wings with barbecue sauce Grilled pork pancetta and potato croquettes accompanied with toasted bread Yogurt with dill dip and avocado dip A variety of cheeses with figs and bread sticks Dessert, fruit, wine, soft drinks, beer, water, coffee and tea The only thing that you have to do is to watch the sun sinking into the sea accompanied by the sounds of lounge music.
