Description
Your 4-hour private night tour begins when you meet your Athenian nightlife expert at the Syntagma Metro station. Admire the illuminated Hellenic Parliament with its Presidential Guard, the Evzones (an elite unit of the Greek army that guards the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier) and the Presidential Mansion. After a few minutes’ walk, you’ll visit your first bar of the night, located in Kolonaki, one of the wealthiest and most upmarket districts of the capital. Situated on the southern slopes of Lycabettus Hill, Kolonaki is the top shopping area in Athens and is home to the city's greatest concentration of trendy fashion boutiques and many upscale cafés, bars and restaurants. Enjoy your first drink of the night before continuing your walk, passing by some of the most beautiful buildings in Athens: the National Library of Greece, the National and Kapodistrian University and the Academy of Athens. You’ll have drinks in at least 2 more bars, including one of the top 10 bars in the world, and another that prides itself on having one of the greatest varieties of drinks in the country. Then you’ll head to the famous Monastiraki District, where you can find the perfect place to grab a late-night bite. The tour ends at the Monastiraki Metro station, below the spectacular Acropolis.Includes
