Description

Departing from Larissa Station at 08:00 AM, this tour travels by air-conditioned coach through the Greek countryside toward Meteora. Enjoy onboard amenities such as free Wi-Fi and USB charging sockets for comfort during the scenic drive. Relax with a seaside break at Kamena Vourla's Camino Restaurant, where you can order coffee or a light meal using the smart ordering system on board.

Arriving around 13:00 in Kastraki village, you will have a traditional lunch at Efrosino Restaurant, known for local flavors and a relaxed atmosphere. After lunch, a local tour leader will guide you through Meteora’s history, culture, and geology while exploring three of its famous monasteries. You will visit all six monasteries with photo stops and see the hermit caves, providing insight into the early monastic life on these rock formations.

The return journey includes another seaside stop in Kamena Vourla for an optional dinner or drink by the water. A free multilingual smart audio guide app is available to enhance the experience. You will arrive back in Athens at approximately 22:30.
