Description
Your experience will begin as one of Greece's sommeliers, George Spirou, welcomes you to a beautiful restaurant under the Acropolis. He will offer you your first aperitif and briefly explain the Greek wine map. It features all of the major wine-producing areas and the wine varieties of each.
Following a small talk, your wine-tasting experience begins with Dimitris introducing special Greek wines from handpicked local wineries. Depending on the wine varieties, special dishes, also from selected Greek producers, will help you receive the full wine experience.
Throughout your tour you'll have the chance to taste rare wine varieties such as Roditis, Limnio, Kidonitsa, Muscat, Augoustiatis, and Mandilaras. You'll also sample many more carefully selected varieties, hand-picked by your sommelier.
