Description

We will meet outside of the Panormou metro station and we will walk to my house, just a minute away.

Then we will start preparing the desserts. The first thing we will do is assemble the baklava. This means preparing the phyllo, the nuts and spices, as well as the sugar syrup that will be poured on top, after it bakes.

While waiting for the baklava to be baked until golden and crunchy, we will prepare another dessert that Greeks love, the halva.

After both of the desserts are done, we will enjoy them with a fragrant cup of Greek coffee.
