Spend a day exploring Athens as ancient history and modern life come together throughout the city. Before your experience, you'll complete a short online Personalization Form. We'll use your responses to match you with the right local host, allowing the day to reflect your interests, whether that's archaeology, food, architecture, photography, local culture, or a combination of all five.
You may wander through the village-like lanes of Plaka, browse the stalls and cafés of Monastiraki, take in views of the Acropolis from different corners of the city, or spend time in creative districts where contemporary Athens is reflected in galleries, independent businesses, and everyday local life. Along the way, your host shares the stories, traditions, and local perspectives that help bring these places into context.
