Description
Join a scenic forest hike along the rocky trails of Mount Hymettus, with breathtaking views of Athens. Follow your guide to their favorite spots and trails, where you’ll see local herbs and plants along the way.
Explore ancient ruins, walk past ancient marble quarries, visit the mysterious Dragon House, a small dry-stone structure built with massive stone blocks without cement.
Along the way, we'll stop at a viewpoint with binoculars to take in panoramic views of Athens and spot landmarks from above.
Afterward, relax at the forest bar Kalopoula before heading back to the starting point.
From several viewpoints, we’ll use binoculars to spot and recognize Athens’ main landmarks from above.
