Set off on a unique adventure as the city still sleeps. Leave the dense urban city of Athens behind and reach the hidden trails at the base of Lycabettus Hill. After about 40 minutes of hiking, reach your destination shortly before sunrise. Take in stunning views as night slowly turns to day and the peaceful dawn slowly turns into the hustle and bustle of daily Athens life. Spend approximately half an hour at the top enjoying the breathtaking view, taking photos, and just savoring the moment, long before any of the crowds arrive. Afterwards, descend via the other side of the hill, which gives you two completely different perspectives of the city and arguably the best Acropolis view Athens has to offer.
