Explore the hills on the west of the Acropolis, following secret trails and beautiful cobblestoned paths, which lead to hidden historical monuments, ancient demes and points of magnificent views. The complex of the tree rocky hills, in the heart of the historical center of the city, opposite The Acropolis, the hill of Pnyx, the hill of the Nymphs and the hill of the Muses, is one of the places of Athens that you shall not miss! Together with the Acropolis and ancient Agora, the West Hills of Athens, are inextricably linked with the history of the city. In fact, this was the political, religious and economic center of classical era, where the Athenian Democracy was born and flourished. Today, for the Athenians and visitors, the area of the West Hills is an oasis in the heart of the busy city.

• This tour involves walking in cobblestones and dirt trails, so make sure you wear appropriate shoes. It is a leisure hike, so children that are use to walking can also participate. Baby strollers cannot access, however back baby carrier (up to 18 kg) are available.
