I will pick up you from Athens and we start drive for Corinth in our way we make a short stop at Corinth canal which was finally constructed millennia later (1893), it made passage around the peninsula much safer for the vessels, but it also meant backbreaking labor for the unfortunate men who were tasked with pulling the vessels across the isthmus. After we will visit the ancient city of Corinth was first inhabited in the Neolithic period (6500-3250 B.C.). Later we drive 3 hours for Delphi enjoy the nature of Corinthian gulf and Delphi mountains to have lunch in Delphi around 14:00. After lunch we will visit Delphi - archaeological site, temple of Apollo, the museum, kastalia the holy spring and we will see from above the gymnasium. At archeological sites is not allowed to be your guide but i will give a book guide and as we drive for 2 hours i will explain the myths and historical events in ancient Greece not only for Delphi but concerning religion, the immortality of the soul with the Eleusinian mysteries, the culture, and the sciences.
