Τhis is the best way for an interesting and enchanting walk with a professional guide around historical center of Athens, through old city’s green paths with the traditional houses with balconies full of colorful flower pots but also through the busy roads where the city’s heart beats. The e-bike’s electric motor strengthens your pedal while you cycle, enabling you to move quickly, easily, comfortably and safely through historical, popular and Greeks’ favorite places in the center of the big city. Cycle with your companion to see the: • Acropolis • New Acropolis Museum • Plaka • Thisio • Kerameikos • Roman Agora • The Panathenaic Stadium • Zappeion • Presidential Residence • Hadrian’s Gate We always start with general info and safety instructions. Then we ride through Dionysiou Aeropagitou Street, where the New Acropolis Museum and Acropolis lay, towards Thission neighbourhood, our first stop for photos. Our bike tour continues passing by the Ancient Greek cemetery of Kerameikos, the Ancient Greek Agora and the Roman Agora. We then stop to the incredible old town of Athens Plaka, with its historic buildings and a local market full of souvenir and gift shops. Then we reach the Temple of Olympian Zeus and Hadrian’s Arch, getting a unique view of Acropolis and visit the Zappeion Hall (one of the most important Neoclassical buildings in Greece), passing by the Panathenaic Stadium, (where the first modern Olympic Games were held) and moving towards the Presidential Mansion. We will be able to see the ceremonial military unit of the Presidential Guards there. After completing our Bike Tour of the Historical Center of Athens, you will not only be full of pictures and experiences you would otherwise miss, but also with all the inside info you need to continue your days in Athens.
