This tasting is about understanding the route between the ancient Greek wine style until the new ones going backward in time. We will start with a modern white wine from Savvatiano grape, then with a new style sophisticated Retsina, then with a natural red wine and two ancient ones that we made in our premises. You will have nibbles with each one in order to understand also the development of flavours through the past four millennia. Unmissable experience for those who love history, flavours and they are curious to understand parts of the Ancient world.
