Strofi
Athens
The refurbished Strofi restaurant is a place with a long and interesting history; the mid-war house-turned restaurant is located just a few steps away from the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, amongst gorgeous scenery under the sacred rock of Acropolis.
Holding a stunning view of the Acropolis from the rooftop terrace is one of the main selling points of Strofi. Its views make it the ideal location to enjoy a lunch or a summer night. The restaurant is close to the centre of Athens and dishes up traditional Greek food at reasonable prices. A standard array of taverna dishes served up at Strofi includes classics such as: grilled aubergine salad, tzatziki, crisp fried vegetables, Greek salad, spicy cheese spreads, legume stews and grilled meats and fishes. This restaurant comprises of an indoor area, with crisp white walls and neat decor, and an outdoor rooftop terrace, decorated with white wicker furniture for a fresh, summery feel.
