Athens Flea Market

Open every Sunday morning, Athens Flea Market is enormous and full of life and atmosphere! With plenty of bargains to be found, traders sell a large variety of items. Products range from hand-woven cloths, bangles, beads, jewellery, trendy clothes, shoes, brass ware, silverware, clocks, leather goods, antiques, old books, furniture, general brick-a-brac and much, much more.

Athens locals regard the heart of this huge market to be in Plateia Avyssinias and the streets which surround this square. During the week however, the nearby shops are open and also boast many interesting items. What's more, on Sundays some of these shops become part of the flea market itself.
