Discover the most important sights of the Greek capital on this day tour. Sit back and enjoy the beauty of Athens Riviera which is the coastal area in the southern suburbs of Athens, from Piraeus to the most southern point of Attica region, Cape Sounio. Admire the view of Vouliagmeni Lake, the geological phenomenon which is considered as a Site of Outstanding Natural Beauty by the Ministry of Culture. The lake is included in Greece’s national Natura 2000 network. Be amazed by the magic in the air of your final destination, the Temple of Poseidon. Poseidon was the God of the Sea and Athenians used to choose temple locations that were physically related to or suggestive of the deity honored in the temples. The view of the Aegean Sea from the Temple is breathtaking. Grab the chance to take photos you will gaze for a lifetime. Important note: If you want to enjoy the sunset in Cape Sounion, you should choose pickup time after 12.00 hrs.
