Our guide will be waiting for you holding an Athens Walker sign. 1)We start our walking tour at Syntagma Square ('Constitution Square') We cross the street towards the Parliament to see the Changing of the Guards. 2) We continue our walking tour, on Ermou street. 3) We are now continuing the tour heading to Agia Eirini square, a neighborhood dear to locals, situated behind the former Cathedral Church of Athens, Agia Eirini. 4) We pass through Psiri, the alternative neighborhood full of street art. 5) Right after that, our walking tour enters Abyssinia square (flea market). 6) Then passing through the cobbled alleys of Monastiraki square, we reach Plaka’s main street, Adrianou Street, the ideal place for souvenir hunting. 7)Then Mnisikleous street, with its famous “stairs”, introduces us to the neighborhood of Plaka. End of our walking tour: We end the walking tour right in the heart of Plaka leaving you in the perfect place to continue exploring the glorious city of Athens and delving into the local culture.
